Private Player is a mobile media player application that allows users to play local video and audio files stored on their devices. The app is designed for personal, private, and non-commercial use.

All media files played through Private Player are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
- The legality of the media files you play
- Obtaining necessary licenses or permissions for copyrighted content
- Backing up your own media files
We do not claim ownership of your media files and do not access or store them.
Private Player is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices.
Logic Player shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at our sole discretion for violating these terms.
